When you request a check or reserve a claim pack: your flight number, scheduled date, email address, and, if you choose to tell us, the reason the airline gave and your compensation status. We also record the page you came from (for example “google ads” or “direct”) so we know which channels bring real passengers.
To run the aircraft check for your flight, email you the report, and, if you reserved a pack, send you the documents and a payment link. The optional details help us prioritise cases. Nothing else: no newsletter, no advertising lists, no sale or sharing of your data.
Requests are deleted 90 days after your report is sent, unless you ask us to keep the file for a claim in progress. You can ask us to delete everything about you at any time by emailing the contact address on the main page; we do it within 7 days.
We are based in Ontario, Canada. Form and hosting providers may process data in the United States. We rely on their published privacy policies and standard safeguards.
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
None set by us. The page uses no analytics scripts; visit counts come from the hosting provider's server logs.
